This leader will support major partnerships and serve as a domain expert for key technology verticals. The role requires both strategic partnership management and business development skills to identify, structure, and execute complex technology partnerships aligning with Amazon's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing transformative deals, influencing senior executives, and possess in-depth technical understanding of key technology verticals.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives with assigned partners.Negotiate and close complex technology agreements.Lead cross-functional efforts across Amazon to fulfill partnership commitments.Identify emerging technology trends impacting Amazon's business.Build and maintain relationships with key startups, venture firms, and senior executives.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define requirements and ensure successful partnerships.Lead negotiations for technology partnerships, licensing, and co-development initiatives.Present business reviews to senior leadership on partnership progress and opportunities.Drive innovative strategies to explore next-generation technology opportunities in AI, OS, Search, etc.Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.5+ years professional or military experience.Bachelor's degree.Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational levels.Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.Experience negotiating complex legal agreements.Experience working within startup or venture capital communities.Additional Information Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
