Regional Vice President of Operations – Home Health

RVP for Home Health Division, Central Region - must have covered Illinois as one of the states, and must live in Illinois or be willing to relocate back to Chicago

Chicago-based, with 80% travel across 5 states

$150K–$200K base + 40% bonus potential

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee 6 home health branches across 5 states for a nationally recognized provider of home healthcare and hospice services.

Regional Vice President of Operations Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational oversight of six branches and their Executive Directors
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Joint Commission, and state regulations
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
• Manage regional financial performance, including operational and revenue budgets
• Drive team engagement and support expansion into new markets
• Conduct regular overnight travel to all branch locations

Regional Vice President of Operations Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10–15 years of multi-site management experience in home health
• Proven leadership managing large census (2,300+ patients)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• No clinical background required
• Prefer Candidates to reside in the Chicago area
