They are seeking their first full Machine Learning Engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep research and real-world application. In this role, you'll fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy large language models (LLMs) that serve as the core intelligence behind our AI agents. You will push the boundaries of what's possible with autonomous systems that can reason, follow complex instructions, and improve over time through interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Work with state-of-the-art LLMs, adapting them to enterprise use cases
• Train and fine-tune models with custom datasets and task-specific goals
• Build intelligent systems that operate with autonomy and precision
• Collaborate closely with research scientists and engineering teams to move fast from prototype to production

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research or engineering
• Proven experience shipping ML/LLM systems into production
• Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them at scale
• You write clean, fast, high-quality code and iterate quickly
