Neumarker.ai turns raw EEG into objective biomarkers that improve diagnosis and treatment for depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy — and now autism, including data driven subtyping and intervention assistance. What you'll do

• Build and refine deep learning models (CNNs, transformers, autoencoders) for multichannel EEG
• Lead large scale signal processing pipelines (artifact removal, spectral & connectivity features)
• Discover and validate biomarkers that generalize across sites and patient populations
• Package models for production (Docker / AWS) and publish at leading ML & neuroscience conferences

What we're looking for

• PhD / MS in CS, EE, Biomedical Eng, Neuroscience—or equivalent experience
• Strong PyTorch/TensorFlow skills + solid stats & cross validation know how
• Hands on EEG expertise (ICA, filtering, ERPs)
• Passion for translating research into real world clinical impact
