A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead custom technical projects for clients. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with client engagement — perfect for engineers who love solving complex problems with real business impact.

What You'll Do

• Work with clients to understand needs and build tailored solutions.
• Develop custom connectors, apps, and workflows using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, Go, or C/C++.
• Own projects from discovery through deployment.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding and SQL/data modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and project management.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation: Up to $220K base + equity
