We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and navigate the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.

Responsibilities:
As a Home Instead Care Professional, your duties include:

• Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with seniors.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Assisting with medication reminders and appointment scheduling.
• Supporting seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues.
• Specializing in Alzheimer's care

Key Qualities we seek include:

• Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary as Home Instead provides comprehensive skills training.
• Candidates must complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employment.

Compensation Range:
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.00 to $20.50. For 24-hour shifts, earn between $16.00 and $16.60 per hour, totaling $453 to $544 per day depending on shift frequency and start times.
