Company Description
The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) ensures fairness and economic justice in the City and County of San Franciscos contracting process. CMD is working on anti-discrimination including implementation of an ordinance to ensure equal benefits for employees and small business inclusion in contracting. This role as Deputy Director will report to the Director of the Contract Monitoring Division and will supervise a team of Contract Compliance Officer II and other staff in related functions.

Desirable Qualifications:
EDUCATION:Possession of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university;AND
EXPERIENCE:Five (5) years of verifiable professional experience in contract compliance, procurement or administration of a compliance program; of which three (3) years must include supervising professionals.
Education Substitution: Additional years of experience may substitute for up to 2 years of required degree. One year (2,000 hours) of additional qualifying experience will be considered equivalent to 30 semester/45 quarter units.

Compensation:$152,802 and $195,026 annually
