ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Enrollment & Family Liaison Manager is a key representative connecting the school with families and communities. The role involves leading outreach, recruitment, family engagement, and supporting enrollment processes.

Student Recruitment

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Organize and evaluate recruitment events such as fairs, school visits, and community events.
  • Maintain data on recruitment activities for continuous improvement.
  • Build community relationships and partnerships.
  • Lead and support families and staff in recruitment efforts.
  • Plan open houses and information sessions.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Ensure a diverse student body reflecting the community.
  • Engage prospective families and support registration processes.
  • Conduct school visits and shadow days to promote enrollment.

Enrollment & Re-Enrollment

  • Manage re-enrollment and application processes.
  • Support testing and retention efforts.

Family Engagement

  • Communicate regularly with families via newsletters and meetings.
  • Organize family activities and support onboarding.
  • Administer and analyze family surveys.
  • Serve as a resource for families seeking support.

Other Duties

  • Provide Spanish translation as needed.
  • Participate in leadership and school events.
  • Supervise students during transitions.
  • Utilize technology effectively for communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

Public school employment requirements: background check, TB test.

Role-specific: Bachelor's degree, bilingual in Spanish.

Preferred: Experience in community outreach, recruitment, and marketing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring mobility and the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and participate in school events and meetings.
