Job Details



Responsibilities:

Pre-Construction:

Collaborate with estimation and design teams to develop project plans and budgets.

Collaborate with Senior PM on project development and review, including risk assessment and mitigation.

Coordinate permitting, interconnection applications, and other regulatory requirements.

Develop and manage project schedules and procurement plans.

Construction:

Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and other project personnel.

Track project costs, manage change orders, and provide regular progress reports.

Proactively resolve on-site construction issues and logistical challenges.

Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Manage project dashboards, trackers, and schedules.

Post-Construction:

Oversee system commissioning and performance testing.

Ensure project closeout and handover to clients.

Optimize system performance and reliability.

Maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

Experience in solar PV project management

Strong understanding of electrical construction and solar PV systems.

Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).

Knowledge of industry-standard project management software.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.

Experience with emerging technologies : Micro-grid, Battery storage, SCADA is

Valid driver's license.

Willingness to travel as required.
