Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in NX, Catia, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in our manufacturing operations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, eliminate waste, and reduce variability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of new processes and improvements into existing ones.
• Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing processes and equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure proper implementation of processes and procedures.
• Participate in the development and execution of manufacturing strategies and goals to align with overall business objectives.
  
  

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven expertise in NX, Catia, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Solid experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
