What You'll Be Doing :

Own and manage key components of projects—documentation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.

Dive into complex drawings and specs to anticipate and solve problems before they slow us down.

Serve as a vital point of contact between clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth execution from preconstruction through punch lists.

Make regular job site visits to support safety, quality assurance, and logistics.

Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements that raise the bar for excellence.

What You Bring :

Experience : 3+ years in construction (commercial, industrial, or TI preferred).

Education : Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent hands-on experience.

Technical Skills : Confident with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and safety protocols.

Leadership & Soft Skills : Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator. Detail-driven but always seeing the big picture.
