About the role

As a CBRE Transaction Management Director, you will provide strategic, hands-on transaction management leadership to a team of professionals who negotiate leases, renewals, dispositions, and more. This position involves managing real estate transaction activities, including developing and implementing portfolio-wide strategies.

What you'll do

1. Implement real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic goals, assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization, and ensure adherence to client priorities.
2. Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent, mediating business terms for land, office, retail, and industrial products.
3. Coordinate field broker selection, facilitate client review of team resources, and oversee transaction completion.
4. Prepare analyses and documents such as project initiation requests, RFPs, proposals, letters of intent, and broker opinions of value.
5. Negotiate sales and leases, monitor lease expirations, and manage property acquisitions and disposals within timelines.
6. Analyze financial templates including cash flow and ROI to support client decisions.
7. Collaborate with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams for seamless service integration.
8. Track transaction activity, prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations, and ensure timely completion.
9. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and CBRE policies, and mitigate risks.
10. Resolve disputes between landlords and tenants.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
