Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a senior backend engineer who is passionate about catching fraud. We build products that help our customers catch fraud in real time and keep their customers money safe. This requires careful thought, high creativity, and a deep understanding of real time analytics at scale.

What you will be doing:

Design and build a high-performance real-time analytics infrastructure, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Work with related data infrastructure technologies

Assessing and evaluating new technologies to improve our next generation of real time fraud detection product

Building new features to help our customer catch complex every changing fraud schemes in real time

Developing and deploying efficient and elegant code

What we're looking for:

BS, MS or Ph.D in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field is required.

6+ years of experience in Python/Go/Rust.

Experience real time data pipeline with technologies such as Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, ApacheFlink, Clickhouse or other similar technologies

Experience in building and managing distributed systems.

Experience with AWS(cloud) and Terraform(IAAS).

Experience in developing and optimizing end-to-end APIs, data-flows, and infrastructure for consumer or enterprise products.

Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles including software design, source control management, build processes, automated deployments, code reviews, testing methods.

Experience managing large-scale critical production systems with minimum SLAs of 4 9's

Compensation:

The standard base pay range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 Annually. This base pay range does not include variable compensation including potential commissions, bonuses or other financial or equity incentives.
