Job Description
The Analyst will be a key member in Visa's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa's business. As a strategist, the individual will support developing and executing - across segments and geographies - initiatives that are aligned to Visa Leadership Team's priorities. The ideal candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and be able to understand and gain subject matter depth on a multitude of topics on short notice, as well as be skilled at the synthesis of multiple sources of information (qualitative and quantitative). He or she must stay in front of innovation trends in payments, strategy and transformation, and be able to develop an independent point of view on topics in the face of uncertainty and imperfect information.
Best-suited candidates will be clear communicators with strong an analytical mindset, self-motivated, and able to collaborate well with others from a diversity of backgrounds. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
