As a Senior Partner Manager of Entertainment, Toys, and Seasonal, reporting to the ETS Team Lead, you will bring over 7 years of experience in digital performance advertising across categories like Entertainment, Toys, and Seasonal. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing skills with a hands-on approach, excelling in consultative sales, client service, and collaboration. Success depends on your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and your passion for helping clients achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas while supporting team goals
  • Manage a high volume of client accounts effectively
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities
  • Develop high-level relationships with contacts managing multiple budgets
  • Drive organizational alignment through prospecting and engagement
  • Implement strategies for consistent revenue generation
  • Collaborate on learning agendas and assist clients in measuring campaign impact
  • Serve as a thought leader in performance advertising, leveraging Walmart's product developments
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations grounded in industry knowledge and market trends
  • Develop tailored, needs-based solutions for RFPs

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in digital sales, including search, sponsored products, DR advertising, and full-funnel platforms
  • Proven negotiation skills and relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative selling
  • Deep understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and problem-solving abilities
  • Operational rigor in executing and explaining complex marketing solutions
  • Experience in fast-paced startup, sales, or online advertising environments is preferred

Minimum Qualifications...
