Starting Salary: $73,133.28 annually

We seek an experienced social service professional to provide case management to residents, focusing on housing stability. Responsibilities include meetings, counseling, service planning, referrals, and progress tracking, all within Housing First and Harm Reduction frameworks. The role involves supervision, crisis intervention, service coordination, and community engagement.
Ability to sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a moderately noisy environment. Accommodations available for disabilities.
