As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for client delivery, team leadership, developing junior staff, and participating in business development.

You will deliver and develop Technology Risk advisory services, including IT controls, governance, cybersecurity, cloud, and emerging technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee projects with multiple workstreams, managing planning, budgeting, quality, team leadership, and client relationships.
  • Assess clients' technology landscapes, processes, and risks to facilitate transformation and agility.
  • Perform assessments, test controls, and evaluate systems against industry standards.
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps to achieve compliance, reduce risks, and improve security.
  • Manage client accounts, work plans, resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead teams, monitor performance, and address issues proactively.
  • Monitor industry trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate impacts.
  • Support business development, develop methodologies, and introduce new services.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to generate new opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • 9+ years of experience in IT audits, security assessments, or related consulting roles.
  • Expertise in risks, controls, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of IT layers: servers, databases, applications, networks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across functions.
  • Understanding of application security controls.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and resolving complex issues.
  • Credibility with senior clients and relationship management skills.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20-30% based on client needs.
  • Ability to participate in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office or on-site).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Active or planned pursuit of professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.

For applicants in Seattle, the estimated salary range is $151,500 - $290,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
