Experience

  • 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or client success preferred, but not required.
  • Enjoy building lasting relationships and can establish rapport quickly.
  • Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise preferred.
  • Enterprise account and/or Global account expertise preferred.
  • Passion for customer success with a strong commitment to offering solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results on time under tight deadlines.
  • Competitive, self-starter, and team-oriented.
  • High interest in technology and supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to drive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating value propositions to decision makers.
  • Use prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers at new accounts.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies and work with the sales team to source prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective customers within the defined ICP (ideal customer profile).
