Purpose of the Role

The Campaign Director is a senior strategic and creative client-facing role overseeing a team of campaign executives and managers. They will work with senior management to deliver innovative client services, meet client expectations, and develop relationships to increase revenue through additional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop strategic relationships, ensure excellent communication, deliver value-added consultancy, and contribute to account profitability and new business efforts.
  • Media Relations: Maximize media activity, identify opportunities, and leverage media networks for client coverage and thought leadership.
  • Content: Oversee high-quality content creation, develop content strategies, and promote storytelling excellence.
  • Digital/Social Media: Use social media insights to optimize campaigns and collaborate with digital teams to enhance digital service offerings.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and assess team members, set objectives, monitor activity, and support recruitment and career growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage account profitability, monitor KPIs, and report on performance to internal and client stakeholders.
  • General: Conduct training, promote the TEAM LEWIS brand, and uphold marketing best practices.

About You

  • Highly commercial with strategic client consultancy skills.
  • Experience at a senior level in a B2B, corporate, consumer, or digital agency, especially in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, a successful track record in account growth, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, integrated communications, and success in securing new business.

This role's salary range is $87K - $120K, depending on experience and location.
