Compensation & Schedule

Estimated tips: $2-$3 an hour.

In California, the expected salary range is between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Full-time hours are scheduled between 32-40 hours per week, with weekend availability required.

Role Overview

The Decorations Manager leads the culinary operation in frosting, inscribing, and decorating cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods. Responsibilities include training, supporting safety, and developing the culinary team in decorations management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Culinary, Baking, or Pastry Arts preferred
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Ability to work across multiple locations
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation

Physical & Certification Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform physical tasks
• ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification
