About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-process oriented Digital Operations Manager to be part of the Gap Digital Operations team for Gap Factory Canada Online. This role involves close collaboration with other cross functional partners in managing the production workflow and flawless execution of all marketing content; including partnering with cross-functional teams to execute tasks on time and ensuring that scope and schedules are clearly defined. This candidate will be an expert in tools and end-to-end processes, advocate for operational effectiveness to drive the customer-facing digital experience and think about the needs of all teams and the brand's priorities and goals to refine process and procedures. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, excellent collaborator and a self-starter that is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment.
