About You

You are a passionate Software Engineer eager to develop and scale our multi-tenant SaaS applications on AWS. You possess a strong software engineering background, advanced knowledge of AWS platform, tools, and services, and can contribute immediately. A positive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering solutions in a fast-paced startup environment are essential. This role reports to the Engineering Manager.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale application stacks on AWS.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams for software design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept studies to determine optimal design options using AWS services.
  • Research integration options for SaaS/IaaS technologies, including APIs for user administration, and incorporate these into our applications.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Java, REST Web Services, SQL/NoSQL databases, ELK stack, microservices architecture, Docker, CI/CD.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications on AWS.
  • Expertise in AWS services including networking, security, Route53, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, RDS, DynamoDB.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in security product development is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • AWS Certified Developer certification.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the US (fully remote, US only).
