Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Brand Sales Specialist, you will work closely with clients to build relationships, understand their needs, earn trust, and demonstrate how IBM's solutions can solve their problems and add value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase IBM's Tech Value: Actively nurture client relationships and highlight the value of IBM's technology solutions.
  2. Utilize Solution-Selling Skills: Engage decision-makers, assess opportunities, and establish enduring partnerships using solution-selling techniques.
  3. Oversee the Full Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, including RFI/RFP responses and meeting KPIs.
  4. Focus on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  5. Collaborate with IBM's Sales Network: Develop and execute sales campaigns with IBM's sales ecosystem to grow the sales pipeline.

Minimum Education Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Technical and Professional Expertise Required

  • Experience in Tech Sales: Proven ability to acquire new clients.
  • Ability to Convey Tech Solutions: Effectively communicate the business and financial impacts of tech solutions.
  • Data & AI Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Data & AI market to serve as a trusted advisor (training on IBM's offerings will be provided).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrated engaging and influential communication abilities.
