Elevate Gourmet Brands - Now Hiring: Quick-Serve Food Service Professionals

Elevate Gourmet Brands operates restaurants at SFO, including Pronto! and Green Beans Coffee. We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Baristas and Food Service Professionals.

Position Overview:

As a Barista, you will be the foundation of our café, serving freshly made food and coffee in a fast-paced environment. We value energetic, dynamic food and beverage enthusiasts who excel in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a positive attitude. The role involves working approximately 32-40 hours per week across all locations in Domestic and International Terminals, with flexibility for additional hours based on business needs. Schedule includes evenings and weekends, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing excellent customer service and honoring each customer.
2. Educating customers about our premium organic coffees and teas.
3. Performing additional duties as assigned by the Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader.
4. Maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

1. Successful completion of a ten-year background check and pre-employment screening.
2. Proof of being at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
3. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication.
4. Experience processing transactions through a POS register system.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Ability to work overtime as needed.
2. Handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Maintaining professionalism and positive morale.
4. Working successfully under pressure as part of a team.
5. Accessing all store areas and operating necessary equipment.
6. Handling merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
7. Working varied hours/days based on business needs, including special events.
8. Standing, walking, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers frequently.
9. Handling food and hot beverages safely.
10. Providing documentation of age and work eligibility.

Varied shifts based on a bidding schedule according to employee seniority.
