Description

Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining customer success with our customers and partners? Amazon Web Services is looking for an accomplished Principal Partner Business Development Manager in the AWS Specialist and Partner org to conceptualize, create content for, and execute partner-facing initiatives focused on driving business value realization, working with key members of the rapidly growing Customer Success COE.

As the Partner Customer Success Development Manager, you will lead content creation, including playbooks, to help partners build and scale their customer success practices focused on business value realization. You will create and run a Partner Customer Success Advisory Council to maintain a 360-degree relationship with influential partners, creating a channel for feedback into the Customer Success COE and AWS services. You will work with the customer success team to scale partner motions across AWS sales, publish partner wins, and create case studies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing engaging content with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Evaluating and improving training programs
  • Understanding customer and partner needs through mechanisms like advisory councils
  • Creating data-driven proposals for new initiatives
  • Communicating effectively across teams and with partners globally
  • Executing programs through cross-functional engagement
  • Building scalable programs to drive customer value
  • Capturing feedback to inform strategy
  • Participating in business reviews with senior management

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years in tech customer success, go-to-market, or management consulting
  • 7+ years in partner management or related roles
  • Proven influence with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with global systems integrators, consulting partners, or ISVs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud computing or enterprise tech services
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Knowledge of enterprise customer success models
  • Experience in partner enablement and training programs
  • Strong program management skills
  • Ability to build cross-organizational partnerships
