Our client, one of the most well-known technology companies in the world, is looking for an EcoSys Implementation Engineer, who can provide both technical and functional expertise. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the EcoSys software platform. This role involves working closely with the business to understand their requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure the platform operates efficiently. The Ecosys expert will also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup and configure the EcoSys platform across Dev, QA, and Production.
2. Customizing EcoSys settings, workflows, and modules to align with business requirements, including data mapping and field configuration.
3. Integrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources.
4. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using EcoSys tools.
5. Write and optimize scripts and queries to enhance the functionality of the EcoSys platform.
6. Provide technical support to end-users and administrators.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EcoSys platform.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation, code, configuration, and version control.
9. Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities across ALL instances of EcoSys.
10. Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications Required:

1. 5+ years of Full Life Cycle implementation experience of EcoSys.
2. Experience in EcoSys API, REST API, or EcoSys Web service for developing interface design is needed.
3. Experience in integration of EcoSys with other ERP applications (such as Coupa, SAP).
4. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) and data integration tools.
5. Experience with report writing and dashboard creation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
