Job Details

The Preconstruction Director is responsible for overseeing the processes and resources that deliver high-quality preconstruction services to both internal teams and external clients. This role ensures that projects remain on track and within budget throughout the preconstruction phase. The Preconstruction Director reports directly to the Vice President of Preconstruction and works closely with leadership to align project goals with company standards.

Required Qualifications – Preconstruction Director

• Minimum of 12 years of full-time, relevant experience in the construction industry
• At least 10 years of proven experience in commercial construction estimating, including proficiency with industry-standard estimating software
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Value Management processes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and at least 10 years of directly related professional experience
