The award-winning AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a Houseperson to join the Housekeeping team.

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and laid-back vibe, the resort sits on 175 acres atop a seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 F&B outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Two shifts available: 8:30am-5pm or 2:30pm-11pm. Must have flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $23.00/hour, based on experience and location.

As a Houseperson, responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, responding to guest requests, and maintaining high standards of service, including:

• Cleaning restrooms, public areas, offices, banquet/meeting rooms
• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, trash disposal
• Greeting guests courteously
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Stocking supplies
• Deep cleaning and special projects
• Assisting with guest room cleaning upon request
