We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader for the role of Sr. Director, Cross Border Sales Enablement, Planning and Performance. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our cross-border business across Visa's 200+ countries. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our ability to win cross-border deals and optimize existing clients, thereby increasing market share. This involves leveraging sales disciplines, market insights, customer research, and competitive intelligence to align with company goals and foster long-term sustainable growth.
This is a hybrid role with days in the office to be confirmed by your manager.
Work Hours: Varies by department needs.
Travel Requirements: 5-10% travel expected.
