What You Will Do

  1. Partner with executive leadership to develop a real estate strategy supporting international growth in existing and new locations, including San Francisco, Bangalore, New York, Austin, London, Dublin, Sydney, and upcoming offices in Seattle and other locations in 2026.
  2. Deliver location strategy, site utilization, capacity analysis, and related programs.
  3. Drive transactional recommendations and acquisition/disposition outcomes with strong financial analysis; manage third-party brokers and contractors, collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams.
  4. Manage all aspects of real estate portfolio management, including capital improvements, fit-outs, office moves, and new occupancy, ensuring positive employee experience.
  5. Implement standardized office policies, FF&E guidelines, and procedures across locations.
  6. Maintain a centralized lease data repository, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
  7. Collaborate with InfoSec and workspace teams to oversee physical security.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial real estate with strong business acumen; workspace experience preferred.
  • Expertise in transaction management, financial analysis, occupancy management, project management, fit-outs, and portfolio strategy.
  • Ability to simplify complex options into clear recommendations and independently manage a global real estate portfolio.
  • Proficiency in presenting financial deal scenarios to C-suite executives and managing cross-company relationships.
  • Ability to represent the company's interests with third-party contractors and providers.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, challenging situations, and pushing pragmatic solutions.
  • Balance of frugality with talent attraction and retention strategies.
  • Willingness to lead and execute as the function scales from 0 to 1.
