Summary

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay: $25.00 per hour

To support this, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure excellent service and experiences for all.

Schedule and Location

Schedule: Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: San Francisco, CA

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Greet, announce, and provide directions to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, offering personalized experiences based on their needs and preferences, including:
  • Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
  • Planning and organizing on-site events.
  • Providing directions, referrals, and access to local attractions, dining, shopping, and services.
  • Managing mail, deliveries, and vendor services documentation and security.
  • Answering phones, monitoring the lobby, and controlling keys & access cards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Passion for providing a warm, welcoming environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
  • Polite, friendly, confident, and able to multitask with good time management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
