Office Staff — Monday and Tuesday 2-7pm, Friday 1-5pm and some weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Curating membership tours and enrollments
• Answering and responding to phone and email inquiries
• Handling membership freezes and cancellations
• Maintaining a clean gym environment for all members
• Being a positive club ambassador for members and the community
• Planning special member and community events
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience desired; experience in a health club setting a plus
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Professional, customer service oriented and energetic
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Google Suite, Customer Management System, and Zoom experience a plus
