Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced leader in UI technologies, AI-assisted experience generation, and content management systems to lead our software engineering teams. You will be responsible for building and scaling large, high-performance UI platforms, leading teams of developers, and ensuring quality, innovation, and user-centric design.

Responsibilities

1. Drive the execution and delivery of front-end features and experience platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2. Lead the design and delivery of scalable, reusable UI platforms and frameworks.
3. Make architectural and strategic decisions leveraging AI and machine learning to personalize user experiences.
4. Manage daily stand-ups as Scrum Master and ensure clear priorities and resources for teams.
5. Partner with Product and UX teams to align on objectives, priorities, and risk management.
6. Mentor engineers, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and support hiring efforts.
7. Participate in architecture discussions and platform planning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Related technical degree.
• 10+ years leading software engineering teams with experience in high-scale, UI-intensive product development.
• Proven expertise in large-scale UI platforms, AI/ML integration, and enterprise CMS.
• Deep knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as React, Web Components, TypeScript.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in agile methodologies and Scrum.
