Responsibilities

• Handle escalated customer calls and process warranty claims, making judgment calls that serve both customer satisfaction and business interests
• Evaluate candidates applying to become YourMechanic mobile technicians
• Assess ongoing performance of current technicians
• Support our mobile mechanics team as the lead tech, assisting with complex diagnostics, customer service issues, and daily operational needs

Requirements

• Master Level Automotive Technician
• 10-15 years of experience as a Master Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop
• Experience as a Service Advisor, handling customer support and warranty claims
• Experience conducting technician interviews to assess skills and qualifications
• Ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Sound judgment and decisive decision-making abilities
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
