What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team, providing direct support to our EVP and Chief Information Officer (CIO). You will play a pivotal role in maintaining organizational efficiency, morale, and team building. The ideal candidate has executive presence, is highly organized, exhibits great judgment, and is proactive. You will serve as the primary liaison between our board of directors and our executive team, managing a wide range of tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supporting team events. The role requires excellent communication, confidentiality, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the CIO
  • Develop and maintain systems to prioritize the CIO's time and activities
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events
  • Make travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Coordinate communications and administrative procedures across the CIO team
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence and reports
  • Support logistics for Board and Committee meetings

Job Designation

Hybrid: The role involves a mix of in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
  • Experience handling confidential information
