DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport is seeking a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to join their team. Overlooking San Francisco Bay, our hotel is two miles from San Francisco International Airport. With 3 culinary and beverage offerings along with over 12,000 square feet of event space, this beautiful property is the perfect location to grow your career with Hilton.

In this role, the Director of Food & Beverage will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, a talent for developing others, and a passion for driving innovation and improving service standards. A minimum of 2-3 years of Director-level experience with a strong banquet and restaurant background is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  2. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs. Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  4. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure excellent customer service.
  5. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.

Salary range is $113,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and location.
