Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling NuPeople's recruitment services to tech companies, ranging from innovative startups to established enterprises. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and a solid understanding of technology market trends. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment consultants and leadership team to deliver exceptional client experiences and expand NuPeople's footprint in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new client opportunities in the tech sector.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (Talent Partners, CROs, CTOs, VP's, hiring managers, etc.) to understand hiring needs and position NuPeople's recruitment solutions effectively.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Conduct market research to stay current on tech industry trends and proactively target high-growth companies.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by developing a deep understanding of client businesses and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, clarifying service offerings, and negotiating contracts.
- Consultative Selling:
- Work with clients to analyze talent gaps, hiring challenges, and workforce planning needs in the tech sector.
- Present NuPeople's recruitment services- RPO, Recruiting On Demand, contingent hiring, and executive search- demonstrating how these solutions can address client-specific challenges.
- Partner with the internal recruitment team to ensure a smooth handoff of new client requisitions and seamless service delivery.
- Keep stakeholders informed about sales progress, market opportunities, and client feedback.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or recruitment services sector.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with tech industry roles (engineering, product, data, etc.) and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition and tech sector growth.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and persuade key stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Organizational Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Capable of handling multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Adaptive, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
