About the Job

The Associate Engineering Manager, Imaging & Automation will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of imaging and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging and automation technologies, along with experience in leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and delivering imaging and automation systems.
2. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
3. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
4. Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest advances in imaging and automation technologies.
6. Contribute to the development of new products and innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of imaging and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
