Assistant Inventory Planner (Contract)

You are an Assistant Inventory Planner who has strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Location: Emeryville, CA - Hybrid

This position pays: $26 to $28 an hour

What you will be doing:

• Analyze store level data to identify chain/region/store level trends and recommend/implement changes and action.
• Execute category/sub-class trends regionally and identify specific merchandise needs through knowledge of regional and climatic characteristics.
• Manage store distribution groups based on location, volume, size, demographics and sales trends.
• Present analytics and reports to various levels of management.
• Execute profitable entrance and exit strategies as determined by planning with merchandising for new, seasonal and replacement programs.

What you bring:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
• Proficiency with Excel
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
