Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and compliance with building codes and regulations. This role requires excellent project management abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Prepare and review construction documentation and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site analysis and assess project feasibility with a focus on sustainability and environmental impact.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup for design and documentation purposes.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and design integrity.
  • Ensure code compliance and review project designs for adherence to local regulations and standards.
  • Develop design concepts and present them to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with relevant professional experience in project management and design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
  • Experience in commercial office, mixed-use, and civic architecture projects.
  • Ability to analyze site conditions and develop appropriate design responses.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
