Frontend Development & Design Team Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA (In-office 2 days a week)

Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 base

Are you a passionate front-end developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment? This company Series B startup is seeking a Frontend Development & Design Team Lead to own the frontend stack, collaborate with leadership, and help shape the future of our platform.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of portals and landing pages using TypeScript and React
• Work closely with the CEO on quick iteration cycles to implement and refine features
• Play a key role in frontend architecture and code structuring
• Collaborate on UI/UX design aspects using tools like Figma or Sketch

What we're looking for:

• Deep experience with TypeScript and React
• Experience working in startup environments
• Ability to balance development with design needs, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly interfaces
• Familiarity with portal development and structuring scalable code
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to make impactful decisions
