Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
  • Experience with coding in Python or Javascript, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience in building machine learning solutions and working with technical customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in designing software workflows and user interfaces that utilize Generative AI tools.
  • Experience in developing with React.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML business use cases, algorithms, training, tuning, inference, and pipeline design.

About The Job

In this role, you will partner as a full-stack software developer with customers and Google Cloud teams to craft prototypes demonstrating the platform's possibilities. You will translate experiments into scalable packages for market readiness and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster adoption of GCP.

Google Public Sector focuses on accelerating digital transformation for government and education institutions in the US, with solutions tailored for enterprise needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Details will be shared during the hiring process.

Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, leading workshops, providing technical guidance, and developing cross-platform architectures aligned with principles of simplicity, repeatability, and consumability.
