Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor III - Mountain View, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our 203-unit community, Avelle. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in property management.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate activities of employees and outside contractors for maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds.
2. Obtain and analyze bids from outside contractors and submit recommendations.
3. Order supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
4. Coordinate and inspect work performed by vendors for compliance with standards.
5. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine needs and requirements.
6. Establish and adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
7. Suggest improvements to increase work efficiency.
8. Assist in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
9. Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Preferred lease-up experience and Yardi system knowledge.
• Experience in all trades required.
• Excellent communication, written, and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly salary: $36.00 - $39.00. Benefits include a 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, rental discounts, medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits. Sick time is provided as per law. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours per week are eligible for these benefits.
