Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor I - Oakland, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our 209-unit community, Zo! This role offers a great opportunity to grow your career in property management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Supervising and coordinating employee activities and outside contractors for building maintenance and groundskeeping.
2. Obtaining bids from outside contractors and analyzing them for management approval.
3. Ordering supplies, appliances, and equipment.
4. Coordinating and inspecting work performed by vendors for quality and compliance.
5. Inspecting facilities and equipment to determine maintenance needs.
6. Adjusting work procedures to meet schedules.
7. Suggesting operational improvements.
8. Assisting in maintenance budget planning.
9. Participating in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor managing 100-299 units.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Knowledge of all trades (HVAC, building systems, high-rise maintenance).
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $40.00-$44.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, discounts, health, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits. Sick leave in accordance with law. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours are eligible.
