The Senior Broker will develop and implement strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients. Responsibilities include designing, marketing, and managing property insurance programs across various industry sectors.

The role involves analyzing client exposures to identify and mitigate risks, coordinating placements, and managing daily account activities. The ideal candidate will have established peer and emerging senior market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead broker on complex insurance programs—perform strategic assessments, design solutions, and negotiate risk transfer products.
  2. Develop understanding of analytical/actuarial techniques for designing and comparing risk transfer/financing plans.
  3. Manage the renewal cycle effectively.
  4. Build credibility with clients and internal teams, expanding your professional network.
  5. Develop technical skills to create innovative solutions.
  6. Maintain senior client communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
  7. Communicate market and industry perspectives relevant to client needs.
  8. Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
  9. Participate in RFP responses.
  10. Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service standards.
  11. Stay informed about Aon's resources and capabilities to enhance client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

Additional Details

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experience, education, and location. Eligible for annual bonuses and incentive plans.
