Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager in daily operations
  • Manage store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Coach and train staff
  • Maintain good customer/donor relations and resolve complaints
  • Communicate personnel issues to management
  • Maintain merchandising standards and inventory levels
  • Ensure effective back room processing
  • Safeguard cash and perform banking procedures
  • Implement safety and loss prevention measures

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years retail management/supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle POS and cash transactions accurately
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Pass background check including criminal and sex offender registry
  • Effective communication skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist
  • Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Perform repetitive motions
  • Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, holidays. Compliance with COVID-19 safety measures, including vaccination policies, will be maintained.
