The Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Leader to drive FP&A and Strategy for our rapidly growing Document Cloud business. Partnering closely with leaders across Document Cloud finance, product, marketing, and sales teams, you will contribute towards our bold growth plans for 2025 and beyond.

What you'll Do

  1. Provide a holistic view of our evolving Document Cloud business and build an actionable narrative.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of customers, markets, products, and competitors to evaluate market opportunities and identify growth areas.
  3. Understand our "Go To Market" strategies and collaborate with sales leadership to improve alignment and foster growth.
  4. Drive 3-year planning, investment & margin decision support, and M&A analytics.
  5. Partner with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities and processes.
  6. Own in-quarter and quarter-end reporting, explaining financial performance.
  7. Collaborate with Investor Relations to share the growth story with investors.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. MBA or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience acceptable.
  2. 6-8 years of relevant finance experience; experience in SaaS, management consulting, or investment banking is a plus.
  3. Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Hadoop, or Databricks preferred.
  4. Self-starter with minimal supervision, capable of developing new strategies.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
