Responsibilities:

Administration/Organization:

• Demonstrate knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
• Communicate and implement policies to staff
• Encourage teamwork and productivity
• Make informed decisions
• Recruit and hire high-caliber staff

Sales/Revenue Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage sales team
• Achieve sales and membership goals
• Implement programs to generate new sales leads

Operations:

• Coordinate with support functions
• Resolve member issues tactfully
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards

Financial Management:

• Manage budgets and expenses
• Implement recovery plans as needed

Leadership:

• Serve as a role model and effective communicator
• Create an inspiring work environment

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-year college degree preferred
• 4+ years club management experience preferred

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Leadership and management abilities
• Customer service skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word

Compensation: Salary + commission + bonus, up to $100,000 annually.
