KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, SALT Income Franchise - Consulting to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. Become part of a dynamic team helping clients navigate complex state tax issues and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Assist clients with complex state tax issues, including organizational structure, refund opportunities, and technology solutions.
2. Review state tax returns for multinational companies to identify refund opportunities.
3. Research and prepare technical memoranda on various tax questions.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

1. At least two years of experience in tax research, state income tax return review, or related areas.
2. Bachelor's degree; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM preferred.
3. Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
