Position Overview: The Head of Commercial and Corporate Customer Facing IT seeks a strategic and motivated individual to support our commercial operations, especially in brand launches. The role emphasizes deep domain expertise in commercial functions and driving growth through technology, data, and process improvements. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner to global commercial teams, aligning IT initiatives with business goals and overseeing technology projects, including cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives to deliver therapies in Skeletal Conditions, Enzyme Replacement, and ROCTAVIAN units.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts to enhance omnichannel capabilities and customer experience.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to prioritize technology projects that foster growth and innovation.
  • Standardize technology solutions across business units to maximize impact.
  • Build and support analytical platforms for customer insights and personalized marketing.

Management and Oversight:

  • Manage the Commercial Strategy team, providing mentorship and performance management.
  • Support integration of IT systems with commercial operations, including CRM and customer service tools.
  • Oversee the IT budget for the Commercial CFIT organization.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

Innovation and Growth:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI capabilities.
  • Drive data security, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
  • Champion productivity tools like Microsoft CoPilot.

Strategic Partnerships and Communication:

  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Communicate IT strategies and performance metrics effectively to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial IT or business functions, with a passion for technology.
  • Experience across commercial operations and managing global, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in team leadership and portfolio management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and healthcare/pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, Veeva, SAP, and data analytics tools.
